Second Baptist Church is for people who are seeking meaning and purpose in life. The church exists to be a Biblical community that helps people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Through worship, the teaching of God's Word, serving one another in love, and outreach, people are empowered to discover God's amazing love and His plan for their lives.

MISSIONS
Our church is committed to the regular support of individual missionaries and missions organizations worldwide and sends 11% of our giving to the mission field for the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  An annual missions conference brings challenges and spiritual growth to the church through the teaching of missionaries from the U.S. and foreign fields.

MEN’S MINISTRY
On the second Saturday of each month, the men of the church meet for breakfast, Bible study, prayer, encouragement and fellowship.  The men of the church are also encouraged to lead and mentor others through teaching, service, visitation, and attendance at special men’s conferences.
